1. These terms govern the relationship between "Kalina and Milan" Guest Rooms - Yambol /administrator/ on one side and the users of the website kalinaimilan.com /users/ on the other side. By using this website, the user is considered to accept and agree to these terms. In case of disagreement with the full or partial terms, the user should refrain from using the website kalinaimilan.com.
2. hese terms bind all users who have visited the website kalinaimilan.com. The user agrees, accepts, and undertakes to comply with these General Terms with each active action (such as clicking a button, link, etc.) or passive action (such as page loading in the browser).

The website kalinaimilan.com provides access to the website’s information resources and mobile application: offers for short-term and long-term accommodation, the possibility for direct online reservations, tourist attractions in Yambol, texts, descriptions, data, news, photos, etc. The administrator has the right to publish any type of advertising materials (links to pages, banners, etc.) on the website, and does not take responsibility for their content. The administrator is not liable for any direct or indirect losses, lost profits, or damages resulting from the use of such links to third-party websites.
11. Users are obliged, when using the website kalinaimilan.com, to comply with Bulgarian legislation, these General Terms, the principles of internet ethics, and the norms of morality and good manners; not to infringe on the property or non-property rights of others, including intellectual property rights; not to place, send, or transmit materials containing computer viruses or other computer codes, files, or programs intended to disrupt, damage, or restrict the functioning of computer software or hardware. They must immediately notify the administrator of any detected or suspected violations.

Reservations at "Kalina and Milan" Guest Rooms can be made in several ways: on-site, by phone, by email, or through our website.

The prices are as announced, in Bulgarian levs, per day, per room, including tourist tax.

A reservation is considered secure when a deposit of 30% of the total amount for the night(s) is paid. The deposit can be made by bank transfer – after a request by phone or email, a bank account number will be sent, or paid on-site at Yambol 8600, Stefan Karadja Street 27.

Reservations can be canceled at least 14 days before check-in without the guest losing the deposit. Within 2 working days, we will refund the full amount paid for the reservation. If the cancellation occurs within less than 14 days before check-in, or if the guest fails to arrive, we will keep the deposit as a penalty.

These same conditions apply if the reservation was made through our website – the reservation can be canceled at least 14 days before check-in. In this case, we will refund the full amount paid for the reservation.

If canceled less than 14 days before check-in or if the guest fails to arrive, we will keep 30% of the total amount for the night(s) as a penalty, and the remaining amount will be refunded, with recovery costs (fees, etc.) borne entirely by the person who made the reservation.

Refunds for reservations paid by card will be made only to the card used for the payment.

In case of force majeure circumstances requiring the cancellation of the reservation, “Kalina and Milan” Guest Rooms reserves the right to cancel confirmed and paid reservations without liability. In such cases, accommodation for another period is offered under the same conditions and prices or a refund of the paid amount (deposit or full payment for the reservation). In such cases, “Kalina and Milan” Guest Rooms does not owe any penalty.

Check-in at “Kalina and Milan” Guest Rooms is after 14:00. Early check-in is possible with payment, depending on room availability and prior agreement on-site, by phone, or by email.

Check-out from “Kalina and Milan” Guest Rooms is until 12:00. Late check-out is possible with payment, depending on room availability and prior agreement on-site, by phone, or by email.

Some rooms allow accommodation with pets – by prior arrangement on-site, by phone, or email. Pets must be kept on a leash in common areas and must not be left unattended during the entire stay. Pet owners are responsible for any property damage or personal injury caused by their pets and agree to compensate for these damages in full.

Smoking in rooms and all indoor areas of “Kalina and Milan” Guest Rooms is not allowed, except in designated outdoor areas. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fee of 50 BGN for additional cleaning.
